7 things that affect your vibrational frequency

So I’ve been discussing what Living a Goddess Life is for a few weeks now…
Let me make that even simpler to understand for you…
And I’m quoting myself here, because Hey, Mozart did it, why not me!)

"A Goddess Life is a connected life, an aligned life, a conscious creative life, a heart-centered soulful life...
It means daily connection with yourself, with nature, the elements, the sky and the cosmos...
It is a life of being your fullest self, day in, day out.

"OK… I get that. How do you get there?"

Well that is the trick, dearest, we don’t "get there". We practice. We align.
It has nothing to do with "understanding" and much to do with practice and alignment.
It’s about doing and being the Living a Goddess Life thing.

"OK… How do we align then?"
Start now. Start simple. Start small. Keep going.
Consistency is THE key to success...
Don't forget to have fun with it...
You're doing this for YOU!
You've got this."

There is another way to look at this.
And maybe I should have started with that, led with that.

Living a Goddess Life means that you only care about ONE thing: YOUR VIBRATION.

For now, I want to discuss 7 things that affect that vibrational frequency from the point of view of quantum physics. So you kinda know what to be watchful of...

And remember: everything is energy.

We are vibrating beings on certain frequencies. Every vibration equals a feeling and in the "vibrational" world, there are only two kinds of vibration, positive and negative. Every feeling makes you emit a vibration that can be positive or negative. Every action too.
It’s like a switch, though, it’s an either/or situation.
You are either receiving, emitting, aligned, vibrating with a positive energy (some called it Source, or the Universe, or God)…
Or you are doing the same with a negative energy (some call it Void…)
And at every second, every minute, every moment, YOU CHOOSE.
Either..
Or…
Can’t do both at the same time.
You have to commit to the positive. Wholeheartedly.

So, how does this work and what affects your vibration?

1. Thoughts

Every thought emits a frequency out to the universe and that frequency will come back to its origin, so in case if you have negative thoughts, discouragement, sadness, anger, fear, it all comes back to you. This is why it is so important that you take care of the quality of your thoughts and learn to cultivate more positive thoughts.
And I’m not selling you the "let’s all be care bears and unicorns, sometimes we all feel crap… Just choose never to dwell … and leave as soon as possible…
Also find a way to not "contaminate" your positive thinking with little darts of negative ideas…
Example: "Today I feel really good about myself… even if I’m fat" (the voice in my head some days…) Commit to the positive as much as possible!
Thins about the half full glasses, the amazing lessons, the incredible opportunities that life offers you daily… and "forget" the shite as fast as possible… (by forgetting I mean "letting it go!!)

2. Company

The people around you have a direct impact on your vibrational frequency. If you surround yourself with happy, positive, and determined people, you will also enter this vibration. Now if you surround yourself with complainers, hypochondriacs and pessimists, be careful! Indeed, they can decrease your frequency … So choose wisely who you spend time and intimacy with!
We can’t always just "get rid" of our low vibrating close ones… We can still erect solid boundaries as far as vibration is concerned and do our best to not let their vibration affect us… Remember, it’s their story, not yours...

3. Music

Music is very powerful. If you only listen to music that talks about death, betrayal, sadness, abandonment, all of these will interfere with your vibration. Pay attention to the lyrics of the music you listen to, it could be lowering your vibrational frequency. Follow me on TikTok and Spotify to get ideas of awesome music to enlighten your days and lift your vibration!

4. Things You Watch (or read)

When you only watch the (bad) news or shows that deal with misfortune, crime, poverty, death, betrayal, etc. your brain accepts this as reality and releases a whole chemistry in your body, which affects your vibrational frequency. Choose to also watch
things that make you feel good and help you vibrate at a higher frequency.

5. Your environment

Whether at home or at work, if you spend a lot of time in a disorganized and dirty environment, it will also affect your vibrational frequency. Improve your surroundings, organize and clean up your environment. Show the universe that you are capable of receiving so much more. Take care of what you already have! 6. Your Words

If you lie or speak poorly about things and people, it affects your vibrational frequency. To maintain your frequency high, it is essential to eliminate the habit of complaining and bad mouthing others. So avoid drama and victimization. Take responsibility for your life choices! And speak your truth!

7. Gratitude

Gratitude has a positive effect on your vibrational frequency. This is a habit you should incorporate into your life now. Start giving thanks for everything, for the good things and what you consider bad, give thanks for all the experiences you have experienced. Gratitude opens the door for good things to happen positively in your life.

And remember: you attract exactly what you vibrate into your life.
So the higher we vibrate, the more amazing things we attract in our lives.

Another way to look at this is…
You have one job in this life. One job. Feel good.

In fact it IS that easy.
If you don't feel good... you’re out of alignment and your vibration drops.
Then…
You feel even worse.
And attract the bad stuff.

That's how powerful you and your vibration are.

"So what Isaya, should I feel guilty when I don’t feel good?"

Nope.
That is not what I’m saying… Because feeling guilty is NOT a good feeling, so, bam, your vibration drops…

What I’m saying is…
Feel good.
As much as physically possible.
All day, everyday.
Feel good about your life.

"But Isaya, my life is all crap at the moment…"

Four things I have to say to that.

1. Do you absolute best for changing that crap into less crap. NOW.

2. Are you sure ? Can you please recheck for me that you have some basic "feel good" items like food, clean water, cover and heat (aka a place to live), clothing, sleep, some kind of relationship with other living beings… These are the basic needs of human life. And if you’re reading this… You’ve got those. Not everyone has. How about basking in the joy of having those… That should make you feel lucky. Aka good. (obviously we can also care and feel empathy for those who don’t and act upon this empathy, volunteering to help those in need… beware not to be pulled down vibrationally though, it doesn’t serve anyone…)

3. You feeling good has to become natural, normal. It has to be detached from the circumstances of your life. It has to become non-negotiable. And I know it may seem daunting and "crazy", I still stand by it. I feel good. Whatever happens. In any case. Anyway. I feel good because I remember that my Soul chose to incarnate at this time in this body and I know there is something here for me. I remember that everything happens for me. I look at life from my Soul’s perspective. As much as possible. I’m only human after all (lol!)

4. List ALL the things that make you feel better (or even good) … AND DO THEM. NOW.

Here is a small list of things that make me feel good for inspiration …
Singing. Loving (like actively!). Laughing. Thanking. Praying. Dancing. Playing. Exercising. Helping. Meditating. Painting. Breathing. Grounding. Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, Walking, Enjoying nature, Blessing, Rituals, Eating, Being with people, Being alone by choice, Music… and so much more … Actually when you start searching for things that make you feel good… you’ll find so many more, I promise!
And very few of those are unattainable … It’s very seldom about the money or any other "real" impossibility. Most of the time we prevent ourselves form feeling good… For all the wrong reasons… (subject for another day...)

The easiest way to feel good and take care of your vibration by far is SMILING. Do that. As often as you can. Whether you feel it or not… (and if you can smile at yourself in the mirror… even better!) And search for things, people, animals, movies, books, jokes, games, songs scenery that make you smile.

Well, this was a long one. Felt like it needed to be written. Feeling so good right now to know that this is the world.
