Music is DA BOMB!

frequency, habits, lifestory, music, vibration

So I’ve been getting Archangel Sandalphon’s card … a lot …
Sandalphon is the Archangel of music and musicians. Sandalphon helps to connect us here on Earth to the Divine, through the path of music.
And every time it reminds me that...
Music is therapy.
For me.
Maybe for you too though?
So let me discuss music for a while...
What it does for me.
What it could do for you (actually what it does, whether it’s a choice of yours or not… so maybe decide to make it a choice!!) ...

Let me start by saying you are reading this… while I’m not at my desk… I’m attending a Salsa/Latin Music festival…
I’ll share some pics from past editions as my illustrations for this post…
It’s about dance, about community, fun and music under the sun and stars… for 3 days straight… I don’t know how my old ass will survive that (not getting any younger!) but I’m sure it’ll be awesome and will regenerate my energy like nothing else!
This is the playlist I’ve been listening to while writing this post, a playlist called Cafe Cubano in preparation fro this event, a playlist I cannot resist moving my body to! https://open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZF1DWZLN2cXno63R?si=99431f3495744503

I believe music and sound have deep healing values … among other crazy magic effects...
Voilà.
I just said it.
Music is da bomb. Music is therapy. Music is healing. Music is magic. Music is inspiration and communication with Source. Music manifests magic. Music can lifts us up (where we belong!) AND calm us down...

In the realm of human existence, where emotions flow and the soul seeks solace, there exists a powerful language that transcends the boundaries of spoken words. It is the language of music, a divine symphony that resonates deep within us, stirring our spirits and awakening the dormant echoes of our innermost selves. Music possesses a unique ability to connect us with something beyond the material world, touching the ethereal realms of the spiritual. It holds the key to unlock doors that lead to profound experiences, where the familiar and the transcendent merge into a harmonious unity.

Music is not something that we humans invented; rather, music has been around since time began. Subtle and dramatic textures or sound have existed as long as there have been beings that could hear them. For our ancient ancestors, paying close attention to sounds, rhythms, and vibrations from the environment helped them to survive. Of course, it has also been compelling for humanity to create music through our own voice and musical instruments.

As we have evolved, so have the instruments we have created, some of which when played mimic the music of the natural world. Where there is more than one instrument played or two or more people singing, the resulting harmonies blend into one unified sound that is pleasing to the ear. If the notes are out of sync, there is a notable dissonance that can be disturbing.

From the gentle lullabies that cradle us in our infancy to the spirited melodies that ignite our hearts in jubilation, music accompanies us on this journey called life. It is a constant companion, a guide that understands our joys and sorrows, our triumphs and defeats. In times of despair, when the burdens of the world seem too heavy to bear, music extends its gentle hand, offering solace and healing. Its ethereal notes can mend the broken fragments of our spirits, stitching together the frayed edges of our existence, and instilling hope in the darkest of nights.

Music is not merely a balm for our wounds; it is a gateway to the divine. It carries within it the echoes of a higher power, an essence that touches the sacred within us. When we surrender ourselves to the rhythms and melodies, we open our hearts to a higher consciousness, where the mundane dissolves and the extraordinary emerges. It is here that we find communion with something greater than ourselves, a force that unites us with the eternal pulse of creation.

Through music, we embark on a pilgrimage of the soul, traversing landscapes of sound and emotion that are at once foreign and familiar. The melodies evoke memories buried deep within our beings, stirring sentiments long forgotten. They unlock doors to forgotten chambers of our hearts, revealing a tapestry of emotions that weaves the threads of our lives. In this mystical journey, we encounter the essence of our existence, the essence of all that is.

In every culture, music has served as a sacred vessel, carrying prayers and devotion to the divine. It uplifts our spirits and draws us closer to the sacred realms. From the solemn chants of ancient rituals to the melodic hymns that resonate within grand cathedrals, music becomes the conduit through which we connect with the divine. It bridges the gap between the seen and the unseen, allowing us to touch the intangible and experience the transcendent.

Yet, music's power does not solely lie in its ability to transport us to otherworldly realms. It also grounds us in the present moment, reminding us of our shared humanity. In the harmonious interplay of instruments and voices, we find unity amidst diversity. The familiar melodies and rhythms create a common language, transcending cultural and linguistic barriers. Music brings us together, fostering a sense of belonging and reminding us that we are part of a greater whole.

So let us embrace the spiritual yet familiar language of music, for it has the power to transform, to heal, and to uplift. Let its melodies guide us through the labyrinth of life, offering solace when we stumble and joy when we triumph. Let us open our hearts and allow its ethereal notes to carry us beyond the confines of our everyday existence, awakening the dormant spirituality within. For in the realm of music, the sacred and the familiar intertwine, creating a symphony that resonates with the deepest fibers of our souls.

Let’s also beware of the choices we make in our genres of music… or the lyrics that we are inundated with… Maybe make sure that both music and lyrics carry positive vibrations and meanings…

Yet we don’t have to choose one genre …
We can change with every mood, every need of your Soul (or body), every season, every hour of the day. I often use music as a tool to calm myself down or lift myself up. I use it to soothe me to sleep at night, I use it to get me going in the morning, I listen to music to meditate and to connect with the Earth’s cycles… In fact it’s more that "a tool"… it’s THE tool for me to feel connected with the invisible and heal my Soul (and my body too, if we consider Vibration Frequency!… you read more about that aspect here: https://isayabelle.com/the-fundamentals-of-vibration-music-changes-everything)

An idea

I mentioned manifesting through/with music… I urge you to play any type of music that suits your mood, as often as possible. Move your body to the music, and breathe in deeply as you listen to it, drawing in the energy of each note.

"To manifest rapidly, think of your desire while you chant, hum, sing or play music. Music is a powerful ally on your spiritual path, as it serves to boost your manifestation powers. Music is part of the invisible realm, and is of a higher frequency than that of the physical plane. It wraps us in a protective shield to guard us from negative energies. It also lifts our emotions and thoughts to joyful levels.
Use music as a manifestation tool. First, sit quietly and think of your desire. Imagine that your dream has already come true, and feel that reality in your stomach as warmth, peace, excitement, or security. Feel gratitude in your heart. As you enjoy these feelings, begin to chant, hum, or sing. This self-made music sends your manifestation into the ethers, where it coagulates into tangible reality!"

Another idea ...

Take a moment and remember what it does feel when everything is flowing and you are in a groove.
Put on your favorite music (or just think of your favorite song)… take at least three deep breaths. Start to feel the melody flow through you… sway, move or dance to the melody. Stay with it for as long as you like.
What does that feel like? Capture that feeling, allow it to stay with you and allow yourself to fall back into that feeling whenever you need it.
The more you can stay in that feeling of flow, the more that harmony will flow through you and to you.

So yes… be with music.
All day.
All night.
Everyday.
And watch your life transform into a Goddess Life!

I believe that is all for today.
I would be so happy to hear from you.
Thank you in advance for your comment.
See you soon, for my next online adventures!
Until then I send you love, light and gratitude.
Isaya
