bath, Christmas, hestia, nature, walking

So ... If anybody asks ... I'll be by the fireplace ... I'll be listening closely to my interior voice, walking in nature, talking to friends and family, dream planning, hugging children, eating good food and enjoying life !In short ... I won't be hustling around both online and offline ...

I dared...

I decided that I will not be posting everyday on social media, that I will put myself on vacation mode ...

As of tomorrow morning and up until the 6th of January ... I'll be posting when and if I feel like it, wherever and whenever...

Why ?

Well because I feel the urge to do so ! I hear my inside Hestia whispering and calling me to stop and listen ... to stop and dream the next steps, to stop and imagine what's coming, to stop and spend time with my kin and my friends and nature and ... well ... Festivities!

So I listen... Because if I don't ... I know the whispers are going to become louder and louder until I can't hear anything else!

That's the way Hestia talks ... Quietly... Unless you try to ignore her ... Then the noise and fury will just drive you crazy !

And I know she's right ... If I don't take time for the dreams and the inside job, there is no way I can be of any help or inspiration to anyone...

So ... I'll just wish all of you a Very Merry Christmas time...

And whether you're alone and tranquil or in a huge noisy family, please remember to take some me time, some dreaming time, some enjoying the stillness time ... in the middle of the hubbub ...

Before I go, here are my best 3 tips to succeed in taking care of yourself in the chaos that Christmas can sometimes be...

  • Take a bath ... Nobody is going to come and disturb you in the bathroom ... Take your sweet time in the bathroom and enjoy some peace and me time and heat and lovely smell ... Water in the tub is optional ... But the book, the candles, the soft music ... are not!
  • Put an alarm clock very early in the morning, grab a quick tea/coffee, then dress warmly and head out ... Hopefully you can find some nature not too far away ... Walk and breathe, breathe, breathe ... No music, no running, no goal, just you ... and nature ... Does wonders !
  • Listen to Christmas music at night before you go to sleep ... Not the carols (although I really love them too!) But some soft songs, full of "comfort and joy" ... I have a playlist on Spotify you can try ... HERE is the link...

Voilà ... my best tips for "surviving" the holidays  and actually enjoying all of it, kids, food, songs and all!

And yes it means that I will "disappear" from the online scene ... But I'm lucky enough to go to Switzerland for a few days and I'm so happy and grateful I get to enjoy that ... I don't want to miss any of it! (I might share some snow pics though!!)

I trust it's going to be ok.

Because I trust that you too will be living and enjoying it too, not waiting for my posts! I'll see you on the other side.... We will discuss Tech and Her Matrix, and Goddess Archetypes, and the Divine Feminine and the like ...

In the mean time, I'll just reiterate my wishes to you...

And I’ll see you lovely people.

In the meantime, I’m sending, as always, love, light and gratitude

Isaya
