And what do you mean by that, pray, Isaya? Welcome to a in depth exploration of my work...
My Background & Connection to Goddess Archetypes
I'm of Greek origin, and I have a deep connection with the Greek Goddesses. I'm an only child. When I was little, my mum told me the stories of the Greek Goddesses day in, day out. These were my fairy tales. All my dolls had Greek Goddesses’ names; I played with Athena and Aphrodite, and they had arguments and relationships, they were dating and having boyfriends, just like any kids’ toys would.
It took me 40 years to realize that this connection was more than just playful. It was deep, soulful, and energetic. Some people talk to archangels or spirits; I talk to the Goddesses, and they talk to me. We’re besties, let’s put it this way.
After living many different lives, being a bookshop owner, an English teacher, running a B&B and more, I was gifted a healing model called Rise. It’s all about connecting with eight Greek Goddess archetypes.
An archetype is a metaphor on steroids, it’s something universally recognizable. If I say 'Prince Charming' or 'Little Red Riding Hood,' you instantly have an image in your head. The same goes for Greek Gods and Goddesses. They have been around for 6,000 years and have become archetypes. Even if you don’t know who Aphrodite is, you recognize the image of a Goddess of Love, a Seductress, beautiful and radiant.
Through Rise, I help women reconnect with these archetypes, moving from the Earth to the sky, meeting each archetype along the chakras. It’s not just about knowledge; it’s about truly feeling them, embodying them, and integrating them into daily life. Each woman might find that one archetype is less expressed or that there’s a block somewhere, but we work through that together. We can become this pillar of light, a healed woman that has all of the archetypes in her energy field, in her psyche.
By the time we reach the seventh chakra, we meet the Goddess Iris, the Goddess of the Rainbow, who bridges humans and the divine. At that point, we don’t just talk to the divine. We become the divine. That’s the gift I was given, and it’s a big part of my work in the world.
The Goddess Archetypes & Their Lessons
So I work with women to help them reconnect with each of these archetypes, moving from the Earth to the sky, aligning with the chakras. Each archetype represents a different aspect of our journey, our healing, and our power.
1. Gaia – The Earth, the Grandmother of All
She is the foundation, the grounding force. We work with Gaia to anchor our energy, reconnect with our ancestors, and root ourselves in our lineage and past lives.

2. Persephone – The Eternal Daughter and Queen of the Underworld
Persephone represents duality—the transition from being a daughter to becoming a wife, often without a phase of simply being a woman. Many of us get stuck in this archetype, moving between roles dictated by others.

3. Aphrodite – Goddess of Love, Beauty, and Self-Worth
She brings us back to the first chakra, the power of self-love. Aphrodite teaches us that we are the source of our own love and power.

4. Demeter – Goddess of Motherhood, Fertility, and Creativity
She resides in the womb, guiding us to embrace our cyclic nature, our ability to create—not just life, but ideas, art, and transformation.

5. Hestia (Vesta) – The Keeper of the Sacred Fire
Her energy resides in the Solar Plexus. Hestia’s priestesses tended sacred flames in ancient times, ensuring the fire never went out. Today, her lesson is: How do you tend to your own fire? Are you keeping it alive or letting it burn out? She teaches us about self-care and self-worth.

6. Artemis – Goddess of the Wilderness and Sisterhood
She embodies both wild nature and deep female connection. Just as the heart chakra has two colors (green and pink), Artemis reminds us that we are both untamed and connected, powerfully independent and thriving in community. She calls us back to our wild, instinctual selves.

7. Athena – Goddess of Wisdom, Strategy, and Truth
She resides in the Throat Chakra, challenging us: Do you speak your truth, or do you silence yourself? Many of us hold back (maybe to avoid overshadowing others), but Athena insists that we step into our full power. If we don’t express ourselves, we physically feel it—like my current cold, which I know is my body’s way of telling me I need to release something.

8. Hera – Queen of the Gods, Commitment, and Emotions
Often misunderstood, Hera is depicted as jealous and vengeful, but I believe this is a male retelling of her story. Her true lesson is about healthy emotional expression. Are we constantly suppressing our emotions? Or are we expressing them in destructive ways? She also teaches self-commitment—standing firm in our own sovereignty.

9. Iris – Goddess of the Rainbow and Divine Messenger
When we integrate all these archetypes, we enter the realm of Iris, who connects us fully to the divine. She represents balance between the earthly and the spiritual, reminding us that we are the bridge between the two.
Through this journey, we don’t just learn about the archetypes; we become them. We embody their energies, breaking through personal blocks, and fully stepping into our power.
Living a Goddess Life
The main way I teach about this is by living it. It’s not just about learning or understanding these archetypes intellectually; it’s about doing, feeling, and embodying them. My plan is to live a Goddess life daily, undeterred, no matter what is happening around me or ‘to me.’
Of course, a Goddess life looks different for everyone. The first step is defining what your Goddess life means. For some, it’s about abundance and wealth. For others, it’s living simply in nature. Maybe it’s traveling, dancing, creating, or surrounding yourself with beauty. It all depends on which archetypes resonate most strongly with you.
And the key to this? Choose your Goddess Life. Start now. Start small. Keep going.
We don’t need to wait until we’re fully healed or until life is ‘perfect’ to start living with joy. Healing is never finished; it’s a lifelong process. If we keep waiting for the right moment, we’ll never truly live.
A Goddess life isn’t about making drastic changes overnight. It’s about the little choices we make every day. How does your home feel? Do you have beauty around you? Even something as simple as a postcard of a place you love can bring joy. It’s about consciously creating a life that nurtures your soul.
Joy as a High Vibration
If embodying Goddess energy is about alignment, presence, and trust, then joy is one of its purest expressions. Joy isn’t just a fleeting emotion, it’s a frequency, a state of being that connects us to our power. Even in difficult times, choosing joy isn’t about denial; it’s about remembering who we are at our core.
And Joy is one of the easiest high vibrations to access. It’s easier to tap into than love. Love can feel personal. If we don’t feel loved, if we don’t love ourselves, it’s hard to switch it on. But joy? Joy is available everywhere. You just need a comedian, a funny moment, a song that makes you dance.
Joy is one of the highest vibrations on David Hawkins’ Scale of Consciousness, just below enlightenment and love. But unlike love, joy doesn’t require deep healing or self-reflection; it’s immediate, accessible. That’s why I always ask: How much joy can you add to your life today?
A simple practice is keeping track of joyful moments. Some people do 'Stacks of Joy'—listing small things that brought them joy that week. Others keep gratitude lists. It doesn’t have to be grand. Sometimes, joy is as small as a smile from a stranger, a rainbow appearing in the sky, or the warmth of your morning coffee.
When we allow joy to flow through us, we aren’t just feeling good, we are stepping fully into our divine essence, embodying the Goddess in her most radiant form.
Reframing Setbacks as Part of the Journey
Life will never be perfect. Shit will happen. But that doesn’t mean we stop living a Goddess life. We can have messy Goddess moments, sad Goddess moments, chaotic Goddess moments; because a Goddess life is a life of choice.
A while ago, I was driving home in the rain, angry because I had wasted two hours on an errand that led nowhere. Everything felt frustrating. And then, out of nowhere, I saw the tiniest rainbow in the muddy spray of a truck’s tires.
That moment reminded me: I get to choose what I take from this experience. I could focus on the wasted time, or I could hold onto the magic of that tiny rainbow.
Living a Goddess life is about witnessing the magic even in the mess. And celebrating the heck out it!
Consistency Over Quantum Leaps
People often talk about ‘quantum leaps’ in healing or transformation, but that’s not how it works. I don’t believe in ‘quantum leaps’ in healing. When people say, ‘Wow, your transformation happened so fast!’, what they don’t see are the million small steps I took beforehand. There is no overnight shift, only consistent, intentional choices.
We can have messy Goddess lives. We can have imperfect Goddess lives. Life is never all sunshine and magic, but we choose how we experience it. Even in hard moments, we can find joy. Even in chaos, we can cultivate beauty.
Again I only have one secret: Choose your Goddess Life. Start now. Start small. Keep going.
My Cancer Diagnosis & Spiritual Perspective
Last year, I was diagnosed with cancer. I was very, very lucky; it wasn’tan aggressive form, and it was treatable within the next few months. But still, when you live a Goddess life, and then you get a cancer diagnosis, you ask yourself:How do I keep embodying this? How do I stay true to my path?
At first, I wanted to curl up into a ball and cry. And I did. Because I am human, after all. But very quickly, I had to ask myself: Is this going to change the way I show up? Am I going to hide this part of my life? Because how can I be the ‘Goddess lady’ and also have cancer? How do these things fit together?
And then I realized: This is what undeterred means.
Living a Goddess life doesn’t mean life is perfect. It doesn’t mean we won’t face challenges. It means we keep choosing joy, choosing presence, choosing to live fully, no matter what. We can choose our vibration. And that changes everything.
If I’m dying, I’d rather be living while I do it. But I’m not dying. I’m going to be fine. And even if I weren’t, why would I let fear steal my time?
Last year, just after I walked out of the doctor’s office with my diagnosis, I had a meeting with a woman I’d never spoken to before. I had 10 minutes to decide: Do I talk about this, or do I pretend everything is fine? I knew instantly that I had to be honest. Because this is my life. And authenticity is non-negotiable for me.
I don’t believe we can live a Goddess life if we see ourselves as victims of the universe. Of course, I had my moment of Why me?, that’s human and natural. But then I had to decide: Where do I want my energy to be? Do I stay in victimhood, or do I rise?
In David Hawkins’ Scale of Consciousness, the first high-vibrational state is courage. Not joy, not love: courage. And so I choose courage. I choose to keep showing up, to keep teaching, to keep sharing my truth.
One of my mentors, Joanna Hunter, once told me: The universe will never send you anything you are not equipped to handle. And I believe that. If this is the challenge I’ve been given, then I am ready for it.
So I will live a Goddess life undeterred. I will not let this define me. I will not stop being myself. And I will keep finding the joy, because joy is a choice we can make… No matter what.
Change Starts at the Departure Gate
Change, healing and transformation are a little bit like buying a plane ticket: you can dream about the destination all you want, but before you can take off, you need to know where you’re starting from. No airline will issue a ticket without a departure point, and the same goes for change of any kind.
We often focus on where we want to be (healthy, whole, unburdened) but we can’t move forward unless we first come clean with exactly where we are (our pain, our exhaustion, our fears). Acknowledging where we are, even if it’s painful, isn’t about staying stuck; it’s about giving ourselves the chance to move forward with clarity. Ignoring it won’t get us anywhere. But once we name our current location, even if it’s somewhere we’d rather not be, we can finally chart a course toward something new.
Grounding in Spirituality
In the spiritual world, there’s so much emphasis on ascending, connecting with angels, spirit guides, the divine. But I want to remind everyone: we also need to connect with the Earth.
And that is simple. Take off your shoes. Walk barefoot. Sit on the ground. Touch a tree. In modern life, we are so disconnected from the physical world. Our shoes have plastic soles, which prevent energy from flowing between us and the Earth. We live in houses, work in buildings, walk on pavement. But energy, like electricity, needs a direct connection.
Grounding isn’t just a spiritual practice, it’s a necessity. When we talk about energy, we often think of ‘high vibrations,’ of reaching up, of enlightenment. But the truth is, the higher you want to go, the deeper you must be rooted. The more you want to connect with divine energy, the more you need to ground yourself in your body, your physical presence, and the Earth itself.
I see so many people in the spiritual world who want to float above life, existing in some higher realm. But we are humans. We chose this incarnation. We chose to be in a body. We came here to experience this physical world, to eat, to touch, to feel, to move, to create. If we ignore that, we aren’t fully living.
For me, living a Goddess life means embracing both, being a bridge between the Earth and the Sky, between the physical and the spiritual. The Greek Goddesses weren’t floating beings of pure light—they were powerful, embodied forces. And that’s what I aim to be.
So, if you’re on a spiritual journey, don’t forget to ground. Walk outside. Feel the earth beneath your feet. Connect with nature and your ancestors. Because spirituality isn’t just about reaching up, it’s about fully being here.
Final Thoughts
The most important thing I want to say is this: stop dimming your light.
So many of us spend our lives hiding, shrinking ourselves, making sure we don’t take up too much space, fearing that if we step fully into who we are, we’ll be judged, criticized, or even rejected. But the world needs your light. The world needs your voice.
For generations, women, especially spiritual women, have been silenced. We carry the witch wound, the ancestral fear that if we are seen, we will be persecuted. And so we hide. We stay small. We wait for permission.
But it’s time. It’s time to stop hiding. It’s time to stop waiting. It’s time to shine. It’s time to choose to Live a Goddess Life.
You don’t need to be fully healed before you start living. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin. The only thing you need to do is show up as yourself, fully, authentically, unapologetically, beautifully you.
For me, this isn’t just a philosophy. It’s a commitment. I refuse to hide. I refuse to pretend. That’s why I’m open about my journey, including my cancer journey, because being true to myself is essential.
And here’s the thing: when we stop dimming our light, we give others permission to do the same. When we show up as we are, we inspire others to do the same.
So my final message is this: Live your truth. Take up space. Stop waiting. Start now. Reclaimyourpersonalpower through choosing your life.
Voilà .
I believe that is all for today.
I would be so happy to hear from you.
