A truth bomb you need to reed
It’s Spring Equinox today, the Ostara Festival of Harmony and Renewal.
Spring Equinox is a time of balance, where light and dark stand as equals before the days grow longer and the world awakens from its winter slumber.
This balance reflects the cosmic dance of yin and yang, the interplay of opposites that create harmony in the universe. Yin, the receptive, intuitive, winter inward energy, meets Yang, the active, expansive, summer outward force, reminding us that both are necessary for growth and transformation. The Equinox invites us to align ourselves, embracing both rest and action, reflection and creation, as we step into the new cycle of life with renewed energy and purpose.
Symbolically, it represents renewal, growth, and new beginnings, a moment to plant seeds, both in the earth and within our own lives. Spiritually, it is a threshold, inviting us to embrace transformation, release the old, and step into the energy of rebirth with clarity and intention. Across cultures, it has been celebrated as a sacred time of harmony, fertility, and the return of vitality, reminding us that just as nature blossoms, so too can our dreams, creativity, and inner light.
What are we doing now to align with that energy?
What are we going to do, who are we going to be, given the circumstances?
What seeds are planting?
How are we going to create harmony in our lives?

I’ve had quite enough of the whiny, doom-mongering talk in my socials and general media.
Enough of giving way to the prevailing pessimism, to the "world in chaos" mood.
Enough of the negativity and victimhood I can read everyday… everywhere!
Enough.
Because let’s be honest, some so-called "spiritual" people have become part of the problem. I’ve seen so many emails and posts that capitalize on fear, anxiety, and "the state of the world" to sell me something or convince me that they alone can help me feel better. There are guides and teachers doing real, beautiful work; but let's not pretend everyone in the spiritual space is acting from pure intentions. Fear sells, and too many are cashing in.
At the end of the day, the only real way to feel "better" is to make yourself feel better and to find what actually helps you; not just what someone is trying to sell you. Of course, support can be valuable, but it still feels deeply wrong to me when people exploit collective stress just to make more money.

So, same question...
What am I (are you) doing to nourish a positive egregore?
If you don’t know what the heck I’m talking about, go read this article:
https://isayabelle.com/choosing-light-in-a-world-of-noise
This is our collective responsibility.
To stop feeding the negativity egregore.
And to become part of the solutions, as opposed to lingering in a mild depressive self-indulgent state of "OMGoddess what’s happening is terrifying… I can’t even get out of bed…"
And I know what is happening can feel awful and might well be awful. I am neither ignorant of the reality of things, nor am I hiding below my duvet.
I simply do not accept to be an accomplice.
I will not let my energy go down with the ship of society.
I will not allow my fears to merge with the collective fears and grow an even bigger monster of fear.
How? You might ask… I’ve got a few ideas…

Ground zero: Vibration first
I will take care of my own vibration.
I will be responsible for it.
I will do and think anything in my power to keep my energy as high as possible, to create beauty, love, courage, light and trust in me and around me.
For me.
For my community.
For the world.

Step one: clarity and taking responsibility
Why is this bothering you so much? Take some time journaling and come back with clarity about the real deep reasons you have to be stressed by the "state of the world" today? Are you certain that there isn’t a part of that stress that is very much related to your own individual issues, and that this part could be dealt with, individually?
It’s so easy to lose one’s self in the global issues, forgetting to manage our own.
Then, dare to ask the big question: Is this happening to me, now, where I am? No?
Assess your "real reality"… What is it made of, today? Tend to your own reality, yes, but don’t get it confused with the global one. If my child needs a new pair of shoes and it’s a stretch on my budget, it’s stressful. But it cannot be added to the list of "things going haywire". Be certain you do not allow your energy to be brought down by every little thing, bundling all of them together in a big pile of "OMGoddess".
And maybe drop the attitude and move on to "what can I do about the general situation today?" Take responsibility and shift your vibration from helpless to empowered and stop being complacent and complicit.

Also, a side note: the US is not the world. Many places have been struggling for a long time, yet some parts of the world are only now waking up to how bad things have gotten. And yes, in some ways, certain people and systems have actively contributed to this decline. But let's be real: there have always been those who saw the cracks and tried to mend them. If you’re one of them, thank you. If you’re just now noticing, welcome. Either way, what matters is what we do next.
And I love you, my American friends, but what’s happening over there isn’t necessarily happening everywhere. Which means that, while the shit hasn’t (yet?) hit the fan where I am, I might actually have a little time to do something—whether that’s moving the fan or cleaning up the mess before it flies.

Step two: question yourself
Please be sure of your motives when/if you share information about shit happening.
Are you sharing out of a desire of "people need to know" or are you in it for the personal win? And even the "people need to know" move is questionable in my opinion. Maybe knowledge is disempowering in some circumstances (I know, this is a very out of the box idea), if it only serves to make others feel powerless and frightened.
Let alone the fact that there is so much fake news going on, as well as constitutionalist theories… So if you’re going to be sharing "shit happening news", please at least make sure you fact check and are certain what you share is correct.

Step three: support the truth
If you’re unsure of where to turn for real news and critical thinking, search for trustworthy and diverse places of information. And support them. Yes, with money mostly. With likes and shares also. Ensure the continuity of objective information. In times of trouble, you can help guarantee that there will always be professionals fact-checking, questioning, and keeping us up to date with what’s really happening.
Subscribe to official newspapers, buy books by respected analysts, maybe watch international TV news so you can get different perspectives.
Spend time, money and energy reinforcing the world you want to live in, instead of the one you fear.

Step four: join the opposition forces
I’ve talked about responsibility and energy and vibration. And I do believe that this is ground zero. Now what is also doable is to actively join the opposition. Like the "real world" opposition. Become an activist. Join an NGO that fights for human rights, children’s rights, women’s rights, support an LGBTQIA+ non-profit, an environmental organization or an Earth foundation. There are literally hundreds of them, international or strictly local. Get involved.
Not only because you can participate in changing the world, but also because it will help you feel better, feel like you are doing something "about it" … and that raises your vibration. Win-win.
Bonus points if your activism is also hands on and in your local community. Then you also create webs of support and meet like-minded people. Which will become very useful when/if the world as we know it does end someday soon.
None of us will survive alone. We need each other. We need empathy, communication and community. So maybe it is time to get out and get involved. Let’s not wait until it’s too late.
Let’s do this. Together we can.
OMGoddess I did not expect this rant to finish as a motivational speech (lol!)

Voilà.
I believe that is all for today.
I would be so happy to hear from you.
