A few weeks ago, I got this baby through snail mail … I won a FB competition and got it from Dominee Wyrick, at Blessing Manifesting, who creates it …
So I was very happy to actually have won something in a competition… It does challenge my beliefs about me never “wining” anything !!!!
And I love the idea of a self love workbook … I’ve known Dominee for a while now and liked her work very much … but on a “of course self love is  a good idea, but I don’t need it, I’m ok” kinda thought process…
When the workbook arrived I browsed through it and had a real shock …

So many areas of my life that I can apply self love to …
And I didn’t.
